Our Company does not store your data except for email addresses and phone numbers. We do not sell any of your information to anyone. When receiving any of your personal, confidential, and private information pertaining to loan applications, business credit building, personal credit repair, marketing, branding, software creation, mobile app creation, website development, or any of our business consulting services, real estate investment classes, business brokerage start-up classes, or any classes, or any of our services, your information is destroyed once our business relationship ends. If we must retain any of your documents not limited to your personal identification cards, credit reports, (PAYDEX data, bank statements, mortgage statements, pay stubs, tax returns, 1099, Profit & Loss statements, social security cards, tax IDs, Dunn and Bradstreet numbers, etc., we either keep your data secure in our database- digitally, or we file away your documents and lock them away for your protection (if you give us physical copies).
We have had an extremely high success and turnover rate when providing our services to business owners, students, investors, loan applicants, and clients in general. We have assisted countless individuals, businesses, and nonprofits that have gone on to be extremely successful, but we cannot say that all of our services will absolutely guarantee that you or your business or organization will succeed in your/its endeavors.
We cannot guarantee that you will get approved for a loan. We cannot guarantee that you will build or repair your personal credit or build your business’s credit especially if you do not accurately follow the steps given. We cannot guarantee that you will make money from our services, consulting services, financing/funding partners, or real estate investing and business investing classes if you do not follow all the steps that we share with you completely. We can guarantee that you will receive information and services that has been proven to work with our guidance and over 20 years of experience.
We can guarantee that you will receive award winning customer service and all the tools needed to succeed, but you must put in the time and energy to follow through and ultimately win! There is a formula that we provide that you must follow to succeed. If we are providing personal credit or business credit building or consulting for you or your organization/business, please understand that if you are not in a position to pay down, pay off, or make a financial negotiation reducing what is owed on certain derogatory accounts that we cannot remove for whatever reason on your credit, your scores will go back down over time after we have increased your scores. If you run your credit with other institutions multiple different times while we are working on your credit, your scores will go down after we have increased your scores. If you are using your credit in certain ways, your scores may reduce after we have increased them.
